We had a HORRIFIC experience with LJH. The cleaner (John) came out and left our windows streaky, wet, and did not even squeegee them dry. He could not figure out how to take off the screens which seems like basic knowledge for a window cleaning service. He left without putting our screens back on and said he would come back or send someone else since he was "too gross" to come back inside and insisted the screens had to be put on from the inside which they did not. It was an extremely hot day so we didn't think too much about it and thought this company would take pride and integrity in their work and complete the job but I couldn't be more wrong.I reached out to the owner Liam to look for a solution and he offered excuses of faulty equipment, said he would send someone out this day, no one showed up, then offered another day and no one showed up. When we followed up he stated he never had a way of contacting me when his sales guy had my number and I sent it in an email. We asked for a partial refund since the job was half assed and never came to a solution since it was clear we were working with a bunch of inexperienced and unprofessional people.We thought we were helping out some kids trying to make some extra money before going to college (is the story the sales kid sold us) and instead we were the ones putting our own screens back on and cleaning up after their streaky mess. Our windows looked worse after they left. We are out $400 + 40 for tip for a shit job and truly felt we were scammed. Leave it to the pros and pay the extra money and save yourself the hassle and headache. Lesson learned you get what you pay for.

LJHcleaning did a great job cleaning our exterior windows. They reached our two story windows with no problems and the cleaning solution they used left no streaks! Completely spotless! I also appreciated the no nonsense just straight to the point business quote they provided. I would recommend LJHcleaning.
